1. Who these terms are with

climarq.io is operated by Glaricx Technologies, and Climarq is a product of Glaricx Technologies. Our full registered company name is Glaricx Technologies Private Limited. Our corporate identity number is U72900GJ2021PTC127201, and our registered office is at A-9, FF, Arti Society, Payalnagar Road, Near Shalin School, Naroda, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382330, India.

In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Glaricx Technologies.

2. Your agreement to these terms

By using climarq.io you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

3. What these terms cover

These terms govern this website only: the pages, the articles, the contact form, the newsletter and the Carbon Readiness Assessment.

Use of the Climarq application is governed by a separate agreement entered into at sign-up. Where the two differ in respect of the app, that agreement takes precedence.

4. Using this website

You are welcome to read our content, share links to it, quote from it with attribution, and contact us. That is what the site is for.

5. Things you must not do

• Scrape, harvest or systematically copy the site, or access it through automated means other than well-behaved search engine crawlers.
• Attempt to disrupt the site, circumvent its security measures, or probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the workings of anything made available here.
• Submit anything false, unlawful, or designed to mislead — including impersonating someone else in our forms.
• Use the site, or anything obtained from it, to build or train a competing product or service.

We may restrict or withdraw access to anyone who does these things, without notice.

6. Our content

The text, graphics, illustrations, diagrams, logos and the Climarq name and brand on this site belong to Glaricx Technologies or to our licensors, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link. Anything more — republishing, adapting, or commercial reuse — needs our written permission first.

7. Third-party names, standards and marks

This website refers to, and in places displays the marks of, external frameworks, standards and organisations — among them the GHG Protocol, GRI, CDP, TCFD, SBTi, CSRD, CBAM, ISO standards, SEBI’s BRSR and the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

Those names and marks belong to their respective owners. They appear here only to describe the frameworks and standards Climarq is designed to support. Their appearance does not mean that the owner endorses, certifies, sponsors, or is affiliated with Climarq or Glaricx Technologies, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim of certification, accreditation or approval by any of them.

8. Information, not professional advice

Our articles and guides discuss regulatory frameworks, reporting standards and accounting methods. They are written to inform, and they are general by nature.

Nothing on this website is legal, accounting, tax, audit or regulatory advice, and nothing here should be relied on as a substitute for it. Requirements differ by jurisdiction, by sector and by organisation, and they change. Before acting on anything you read here, take advice from someone qualified who knows your circumstances.

9. The Carbon Readiness Assessment

The assessment gives an indicative view based only on the answers you select. It is editorial guidance to help you think about where to focus — it is not an audit, an assurance opinion, a certification, or an assessment of your compliance with any framework. Its score and recommendations carry no warranty and should not be presented to anyone else as a formal evaluation.

10. What you send us

When you submit a form, you confirm that what you have told us is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not send us confidential information through the website.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or ideas about Climarq, you agree we may use them freely to improve our products, without obligation or payment to you. This does not affect the personal information you send us, which is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Links to other websites

We link to external sites — regulators, standards bodies, data sources and similar — because they are useful. We do not control them, we are not responsible for their content or their practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

12. Availability of the site

We aim to keep climarq.io available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.

13. No warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glaricx Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising from your use of — or inability to use — this website or anything you obtain from it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of this website.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or this website, are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you agree to submit to it.

17. General

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by events genuinely beyond our reasonable control. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between us about your use of this website.

18. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version, and using the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
